Clare Lloyd

As a child Clare was taught about the Japanese concept of “Ikigai”, a reason for being, the concept of having a purpose in life that gives you fulfilment, meaning and worth that also benefits others. Clare has found this through massage, combining a lifelong interest in massage therapy, a curiosity of the body and a fascination with the links between physical and mental wellbeing. Clare has a Diploma qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. Her sessions are adapted to client’s needs and can include remedial massage, trigger point therapy, sports and deep tissue massage, head and facial massages, acupressure, aromatherapy, myofascial release, traditional Swedish and relaxation massage. Clare has a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy and post-partum support.
