Our new Dietitian at GeoBay Health Centre, Nathan Bevan was out and about this week talking with the Geographe Bay Paddling club about diet and nutrition for optimal health and sports performance.

Registered Psychologist, Louise Richardson, has commenced practice at GeoBay Health Centre, 53/55 Bussell Highway, Busselton. Home of the Strong Roots Blue Tree symbol.
Louise is a Registered Psychologist with over ten years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has worked for the Department of Education and Department of Justice, gaining extensive experience working with people experiencing Anxiety, Depression and a range of Mental Disorders.
Louise takes a warm, friendly approach to counselling with a strong person-centred focus. She has training and experience in a wide range of therapies to help find the best fit for each individual.
She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviours. As a qualified Early Years specialist teacher, she also has a real passion for providing psychological intervention with children.

So good to see a client today come in with her Blue Steel Blue work boots on. STEEL BLUE Boots donate $10 from each pair of these boots to Beyond Blue to support their work looking after the mental health of Australians. Big shout out to the company for this initiative and the $330,000 they have raised for Beyond Blue. An even larger $1,600,00 raised for breast cancer from the sale of their pink boots!
