Exercise Physiologist
Clayton Trigwell is an Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Science (Sports Science).
He assists patients to reach their activity, fitness and health goals through focused and structured exercise programmes and personal training.
He is able to work with patients in the clinic, their home, or at the Geographe Leisure Centre and Fitness Club gym facilities.
Clayton provides specialist exercise-based services as a treatment strategy in the areas of:
> Sub-acute or chronic disease such as heart disease, diabetes
> Musculoskeletal injuries including arthritis, workplace injury rehabilitation
> Neuromuscular disorders that range from strokes to congenital conditions
> Other various conditions such as cancer, depression
